The surgery is pleased to welcome Jemma Knowles to its staff. Jemma is an Advanced Care Practitioner with a paramedic background. She has a wealth of experience in triage and diagnosing / treating minor illness.
Jemma will be supporting the doctors from Monday 16th September by triaging requests for a same day, urgent appointment alongside the allocated duty doctor.
She will also see patients with minor ailments, face to face enabling the GPs to focus on more complex conditions.
