Surgery Telephone System

In line with Government requirements the surgery is changing to a cloud based telephone system today (Thursday 22nd February).

There is likely to be some disruption and a short amount of telephone downtime in the middle of the day. We apologise in advance for this.

If you need to contact the surgery and cannot get through on the phone please use the Ask a Doctor a Question form on our website as these will be monitored regularly throughout the day.

We are aware that the quality of our phone lines has been poor for the last few weeks; we have experienced interference and calls being cut off. We hope that the new system will be a huge improvement.
