The surgery is currently experiencing some issues with voicemail messages on the prescription order line meaning that not all messages are being saved.
Whilst the matter is being investigated and in order to prevent requests being missed, the voicemail option is being switched off.
Where possible please order medication via SystmOnline or the NHS App. Alternatively the phone line will be manned from 9am – 5pm (closed from 1pm – 2pm for lunch) tomorrow. If phoning please bear with us as we anticipate that the line will be busy.
