The practice is involved in the further training of doctors who already have
considerable hospital experience but are new to working in general practice.
These doctors are called registrars. When a registrar is available to the surgery,
part of this continued education may involve joint surgeries, ie when more than
one doctor may be present, and the
video-recording of some surgeries. Your consent will be obtained before this
takes place.
