HOW DO I....
Request A Repeat Prescription? - Tel: 01451 830625
(If You Are A Dispensing Patient - Tel: 01451 833482 between 9am and 1.00pm)

Repeat prescriptions are computerised and it is helpful if you can quote your computer number when you wish to re-order an item. You may contact us by telephone or in person and are requested to allow 48 hours' notice. Please ring between 9.00am - 12 noon. You will be asked to see a doctor or nurse after a number of repeat prescriptions have been issued.

The Dispensary

We have a dispensary at Stow Surgery and are able to dispense to patients in Longborough, Broadwell, The Swells, Naunton, Oddington, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire. If you are a dispensing patient and wish to re-order your medication by telephone, the direct line to our dispenser is 01451 833482 between 9.00am and 12 noon.
